Michael S. Willner is the Chairman and CEO of Penthera Partners, a software development company that specializes in mobile video technology. Prior to becoming CEO in 2012, Mr. Willner spent his entire career in the cable television industry. He co-founded Insight Communications in 1985, which became one of the 10 largest cable companies in the US. He served as the company’s CEO, a director and vice chairman of the board until the company was sold to Time Warner Cable in February, 2012.
